PhD, Associate Research Fellow, Master degree supervisor. Her research focus is evaluation compounds’ effects on anti-inflammation, anti-cancer, anti-obesity in vitro and in vivo as well as fabrication of delivery system to improve the bioavailability of liposoluble compounds in vitro and in vivo.She has published more than30 peer-reviewed papers in international journals, of which 20 she serves as the first/corresponding authors, mainly in top journals such as Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food & function, Phytomedicine andJournal of Functional Foods and so on. She presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation of China and 6 provincial and ministerial projects.
